Member Responsibilities and Obligations
3.1 Account Security
Each member is fully responsible for keeping their own login details — username and password — confidential. Passwords must not be shared with any third party. If unauthorized access to an account is suspected, vk8 kicker support must be contacted immediately.
3.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Selling, renting, or transferring an account to a third party.
- Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.

3.3 Personal Use

For large withdrawals or for security-related reasons, the Administration may request a national identity card or other documents for identity verification. If the requested documents are not submitted within the specified time, the withdrawal process may be delayed.
Bonuses and Promotional Offer Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
The vk8 kicker welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. To withdraw winnings from this bonus, a total of ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered.
5.2 Other Promotional Offers
Each promotional offer has its own terms. The general rules are as follows:
- A bonus offer may be claimed only once, unless the offer description states otherwise.
- If a withdrawal is made before the bonus wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
- Two bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
- The maximum bet limit for a bonus is stated in each offer's description — exceeding it may result in the bonus being cancelled.
5.3 Abuse Prevention
Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or bots, or playing only the highest RTP games solely to meet wagering requirements, will be considered bonus abuse and may result in account suspension.
Game Rules and Results Policy
6.1 Game and Betting Results
All casino games on the vk8 kicker platform are operated by third-party software providers — such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution, and Spribe. Game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, and the Administration has no ability to alter outcomes.
6.2 Technical Errors

Account Closure and Suspension
7.1 Closure at Member's Request
Any member may request to close their account at any time. After the request is submitted, all pending transactions will be settled from the balance and the account will then be closed.
7.2 Suspension by the Administration
The Administration may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
- Failure or inconsistency in identity verification.
- Confirmed evidence of bonus abuse.
- Instruction from a legal or regulatory authority.
7.3 Return of Funds
Legitimate funds held in an account closed by the Administration will be returned within 30 business days, unless they need to be held pending an investigation. If fraud is proven, funds will be forfeited.
Limitation of Liability
The vk8 kicker platform makes every effort to provide a continuous and reliable service. However, the Administration is not liable for the following:
- Internet connection issues or any problems related to a member's device.
- Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
- Server issues or maintenance downtime on the part of game software providers.
- Unforeseen natural disasters or force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Administration is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Privacy and Data Protection
